This information page is intended to explain how to use the B2B portal and clarify important points about purchasing, delivery, shipping, etc.
Ordering
New customer
As a new customer, please use the contact form, we will then create a user account for you and send you the access data by email.Registration
You must register before you can place an order. To log in, enter your user ID and password. You can also browse the shop without logging in.Triggering the first order
To place an order, you must first add items to your shopping basket. You can find out more about this in the section 'Product search' and 'Adding products to your shopping basket'. Go to the shopping basket and click on 'Place order'. You must then select the delivery information. Enter the delivery details and delivery method. (See the Delivery section for more information.) To find products you can either look through the catalogue or use the search function.Adding products to your shopping basket
You can add products to your shopping basket by browsing the catalogue and selecting the products you are interested in. Click on 'Add to basket' when you have found the item you want. Do this for all the products you want. In 'Search product' you can search for the products you need. After you have clicked on 'Add to basket' you can see all the items in your basket.Order placement
You will see all the products you intended to purchase in the shopping basket. Now you need to place the order. This is done by clicking on 'Order'.Business-2-Business
As a B2B user, you also have access to customer financial information.Enter the delivery address
When you create an order, you can select predetermined delivery addresses. If you would like a different delivery address, you can let us know in the comments field in the shopping basket or send us an email.Selection of shipping method
You can choose between dispatch and personal collection.Review of the order
Please check your entries again. After completing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order with all the items you have ordered. Please note that this is only a summary of your order. You will receive the order confirmation in a separate email.Tracking your order
It is possible to view all your placed orders retrospectively. This information is available via the "Account" menu item. You can also search for the current order using the order number, which you will find in the order confirmation.Decimal places
The shop uses rounded figures for display on the website. In all calculations, the full number of decimal places is used to determine the exact amount.User account
Personal information
We treat all information confidentially. We never sell information or give out any data that you have provided to us. Information you enter will only be used to identify the user.Language
The Internet Shop supports German and English. The language is linked to your login. Whenever you log in to the Internet Shop, you will be assigned your specified language.Currency

Delivery
All products will be delivered to you by our parcel service or forwarding agent. Please refer to the order confirmation for any freight costs.Partial delivery
We try to send you the goods as quickly as possible, so it may happen that not all ordered goods are delivered at once. We will automatically deliver the missing goods to you as soon as possible.Return
